The directory, maps, rankings, articles, and calculators are provided for general information and trip planning. They are not navigation, emergency, electrical, automotive, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Station data can change
Locations, connector types, power, pricing, access, amenities, operational status, and network ownership may change after publication. A listed station or plug is not a guarantee that it is accessible, compatible, available, safe, or operating. Confirm critical details with the charging network or site host before travel.
Calculators and distance estimates
Calculator results depend on assumptions and cannot predict actual vehicle performance or cost. Nearby rankings use straight-line distance, not road routing. Weather, traffic, terrain, vehicle limits, charging curves, taxes, parking, idle fees, and other conditions can materially change results.
Safe use
Do not interact with this site while driving. Follow traffic laws, property rules, equipment instructions, accessibility markings, and vehicle-manufacturer guidance. Do not rely on the site as the only plan for reaching energy, shelter, or emergency services.
Third-party services
The site links to mapping providers, charging networks, government resources, and other websites we do not control. A link does not imply endorsement, and third-party services apply their own terms, privacy practices, prices, and availability.
Permitted use
You may use the public pages for personal, non-abusive purposes. You may not disrupt the service, bypass technical controls, introduce malicious code, falsely imply affiliation, or use automated traffic that harms availability. Separate licenses and source terms may apply to government data, OpenStreetMap content, photographs, and software components.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, US EV Charging Stations and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
